92 Years Young

I took some portraits of a fantastic family a few weeks ago in a small apartment in Mississauga.

Space was limited and I didn't have a back drop with me.

So you just have to make do.

I used the neutral toned wall as a back drop and bounced a single strobe off of the white ceiling.

One of the family members had just celebrated her 92nd birthday.

She couldn't stay in the main room where we were shooting too long because she could get cold very quicking, so I didn't have a lot of time to make the portrait below.

This is my favourite shot from the session and when I showed it to her, she lit up, smiled and nodded with approval!

Remember she's 92.
